| Sweet and chewy coconut Macaroons |
We had International Supper Fellowship at the church last Sunday so I brought 4 kinds of Pinoy foods with me to share. One of which was Coconut Macaroons.
I have already posted Coconut Macaroons in my Straight from Bechay blog. This time I modified the recipe. I put a little bit of flour, white raisins and less butter. They turned out perfect! You got to try this!
