Pork Barbecue Pinoy Style (with Veggies)




I'm glad I have found this recipe online. Thanks to this website. I had half a pound of pork only so I had to make "estimation or calculation" on how much to use for each ingredients. In tagalog "tantya2x lang" based on your desired taste. You may visit the source of this recipe for the exact measurement.

You will need:

Pork
soy sauce
garlic (smashed)
lemons or kalamansi
7 up or pineapple juice
ground black pepper
brown sugar
banana ketchup
Veggies like zucchini, bell pepper and white onion (optional)
bamboo skewers (soaked overnight to avoid burning)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly except Pork. Pour marinade unto pork. Cover and marinate overnight. Grill until meat is done.

Tips: While grilling, baste the pork with the remaining marinade for more flavoring.

If with veggies, slice them according to the photo shown above, put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add in a little olive oil and herb then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before grilling them with the pork.
