Homemade Banana Bread Gift Wrapping Idea

Last Christmas I baked Banana bread for hubby's few friends. Seriously, my husband has only few friends :)  Anyway, I wanted to wrap it decently but being in the middle  of nowhere, it's a struggle to find fancy ones.

But I found a way!

Wrapped beautifully!

The other bread doesn't look perfect but trust me, it is delicious!

First step, I use plastic wrap or cling wrap to prevent the bread from drying out then I cut parchment paper into a rectangular size then wrap it around the bread, fold the edges then tied it with red strings. Then I put it inside a Christmas themed paper bag.

It turned out perfect!

Thanks for the idea Food52!

Have you Ever Heard About Happy Egg Before?

My husband and I love eggs and if I would be the one buying groceries, I would always choose organic eggs because organic food is healthier than non-organic.

When my friend Mary Rose told me about it I was not sure if I heard it correctly. Happy Egg? Is there really such a thing? She said it is only available in Walmart.

Well, I indeed found them in Walmart! I grabbed an 18-piece tray right away.

I don't know if they tasted better than ordinary ones but knowing that these are organic and the yolks are gorgeous, I think these are better ones, Lol!

And according to their website, Happy means Better. Exactly!

It has a hard shell

Look at those pretty yolks!

And it is organic!

Thank you for dropping by! I really appreciate your time.
