Gulaman, Mango and Avocado Sa Malamig

Gulaman, Mango and Avocado drink

It was 104 degrees last Sunday but it did not hinder me and my Filipino friends to go out to the park for a picnic. I grilled bangus and I made gulaman, mango and avocado drink, or we call it in the Philippines "Gulaman sa Malamig". I did not put "sago" because I did not have it. I only utilized the fruits that were available. That morning, hubby bought mangoes and avocados so I thought to make a refreshing drink out of them with gulaman bars in my pantry that's been there for months.

As soon as I arrived at the park, everyone had a drink right away to quench their thirst. We had lots of food and we had a great time :)

You may want to put sugar if you want it sweet. I did not put sugar in mine because I believed it would just add up the thirst after drinking. I wanted a refreshing drink only, you know :)

Thanks for dropping by :)
